Facts about Isolde Lillyput
Feb. 11th, 2012 07:58 am1. She is a fairy foundling. Her birth parents were full blooded fairies who lived happily in the human world and were content to go back and forth between this world and Faery. When Mab began to close the portals to keep everyone in Faery Isolde's parents used magic to hide their child and keep her here, hoping that she would have a happier life.
2. She can best be described in one word as a "flibbertigibbet". Isolde has a bright, happy and bubbly personality. She is easily distracted by anything new or pretty and is prone to wandering off mid-conversation or mid-task. It's not uncommon for household staff to find Isolde's shoes, earrings, barrettes, books or iPod in unusual places like under desks, in potted plants, behind curtains.
3. Isolde can be killed by lemons and iron.
4. She is either very entertaining or very annoying to watch movies with. She laughs, she cries, she cheers, she boos and hisses and yells at the screen whenever she watches a film and she honestly doesn't understand why other people aren't as worried about the people in the movie as she is. She's seen Rocky Horror Picture Show 45 times in the theater. She likes to go as Magenta.
5. Isolde is not a worldly person. She's not interested in money or politics or war or the goings on beyond her own back yard. She is very well versed in art, music, dance, poetry. The world that holds her interest is a world of beauty.
6. She can be oddly mischievous. She once hid all of AR's bow ties and replaced them with a collection of bolo ties.
7. Once when she was young Benny teasingly told her he was going to eat her all up...Isolde zapped him through two walls.
8. She hates the reflection of her true fairy self and does whatever she can so that no one has to see her like that.
9. She collects flowers and has books filled with them. When she's sad she sits in her room and looks at all her flower books.
10. Isolde is vain, silly, and more than a little spoiled but she is also gentle, warm and joyful to be around. Plus, she smells REALLY good if you're a vampire.
